1. Order by fax or mail:
For any written order via fax or mail, you can use our (PDF-Format). Please make sure, to complete the following topics :
a) Your full postal address and, if neccessary the full delivery address.
b) Choose one ne of our suggested payment options.
c) Specify exactly what type of finish and glass you want for your order. For dual patina, add 10% to the total product price. Without any of these specifications, we deliver the items as shown in our catalog and on this web-site.

You may call us for personal assistance during our usual business hours from 8.00 AM to 04.30 PM. At all other times, you can leave a voice message and we will call you back as soon as possible.
3. Personal order:
Not sure what might be the right lantern for your house ?
We really suggest to visit one of our showrooms to get an impression of the real look and feel of our products. You might be surprised about the real size of some lanterns. Maybe you can combine your next holiday trip with a quick stop in our factory.
4. Online-Order:
At this time, we only accept online orders from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. For any other country, you can use the "Online Inquiry" function of this web-site to request a detailed quote .

Return policy: To return products, you must contact our sales office to request a return number. The products must be shipped to Dahlhaus Gmbh, Heinrichstr. 71-75, D-58256 Ennepetal, Germany within 14 days.
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Dahlhaus Lighting error, a restocking fee of 30% may be charged.
5. Payment:
Payment terms are cash on delivery or alternatively :
a) Advanced payment is required for all custom designs if not specified otherwise.
b) Full amount of invoice is due on day of delivery.
c) Payments are accepted in cash, check, money order or wire transfer.
d) Credit cards are not accepted until now.
6. Delivery:
We usually choose the best way of deliver for you. For special options, please contact our sales team. We may deliver in parts.
7. Personal pick-up at our factory:
Any order may be picked up directly at our factory during the usual opening times. (shown on the right)
