1. Are all your products available in all the shown finishes / glass combination?
ANSWER: Yes. Since all our products are made to order, you can choose from our full range of colors and patinas. Please contact us for special color requests.

2. Can I order your products only as shown on the pictures or can I ask for a custom design ?
ANSWER: Customized options are our specalities. Almost any parts of our lanterns can be exchanged or modified. Changes can be made from using different poles, arms or decorations up to changing the total height. With our own inhouse foundry, we can even cast special items for you.

3. How long is the estimated time to delivery ?
ANSWER: Our average time to delivery is about 2 - 3 weeks. For special items, we will inform you about the time of delivery with our written order confirmation.

4. Does Dahlhaus have a showroom im my area ?
ANSWER: At this time, we have to showrooms wordlwide. One is located with our factory in Ennepetal, Germany. The second showroom is in Brooklyn, NY. However, we might be able to give you a list of completed projects with Dahlhaus products in your area.

5. How can I place my order ?
ANSWER: We recommend placing the order by phone or fax. At this time, you could send an online inquiry, by selecting the items you want to order from this web-site. We will send you a detailed quote within the next 48 hours.

6. How do you deliver my order ?
ANSWER: Depending on the size of your order, we can send any items either by truck, sea- or airfreight.
