Order by fax or mail

For any written order via fax or mail, you can use our downloadable order form (PDF-Format). Please make sure, to complete the following topics :

b) Choose one of our suggested payment options.
c) Specify exactly what type of finish and glass you want for your order. Without any of these specifications, we deliver the items as shown in our catalog and on this web-site.

Return policy

To return products, you must contact our sales office to request a return number. The products must be shipped to Dahlhaus Gmbh, Heinrichstr. 71-75, D-58256 Ennepetal, Germany within 14 days.

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Dahlhaus Lighting error, a restocking fee of 30% may be charged.
