Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

You may use the model withdrawal form available here, though it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you utilize this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., via email), containing information regarding the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

Effects of withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of our standard delivery option, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used to pay for your order and this will not cause you any extra fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you received your item(s).

You bear the direct costs for returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exemptions to the right of withdrawal

The right to withdrawal shall be excluded for contracts for the supply of goods which are not pre-fabricated and the production of which is subject to the consumer’s individual choice or specification or which is clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
